With you hand facing in front of you and your thumb facing up to 12:00, twist your wrist moving your thumb to the outside. How far can you go without pain to 3:00? Or 9:00 for your left wrist.
If you had a total joint replacement for your elbow, you can not be rated for Flexion, Extension, or Supination. If your surgery was in the last 12 months, contact the VA. You may be eligible for 100% for 1 yr. Please complete the quiz to determine your rating after surgery and recovery.
